Changing Realities for Jesus Movement (CHANJE) is a faith-based, non-denominational Christian movement in Sierra Leone committed to transforming lives, communities, and nations through the life-changing message and teachings of Jesus Christ. Founded on 27 July 2025 and officially launched on 4 November 2025, CHANJE was established in response to a shared calling among Christian leaders and believers who sought to create a platform that would inspire discipleship, spiritual transformation, servant leadership, and holistic development

At the heart of CHANJE is the conviction that sustainable transformation begins with transformed individuals. Guided by its motto, “Make Jesus Known,” the movement seeks to raise a generation of Christians who model their lives after Christ, embrace the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and positively influence their families, churches, communities, and society.

Vision

CHANJE envisions a world where Christians see Christ as their mentor, the Holy Spirit as their teacher, friend and guide, and live lives that reflect the character, values and mission of Jesus Christ.

Mission

The mission of CHANJE is simple yet transformative:

“We preach Christ, we live Christ, and we do Christ.”

This mission is implemented through discipleship, evangelism, leadership development, mentorship, advocacy, community service, and humanitarian outreach initiatives.
